Refund Policy
Our products are delivered to the customer via digital download. After your purchase has been complete and payment is successful, the order will be automatically processed. The product digital download is assigned instantly after order is complete. The download link is provided on the receipt provided to the specified email address on checkout.
The email receipt is a record of proof of purchase and can be used to directly download the product, alternatively accessing downloads under My Account will provide you access.
Downloads to your purchased products require login from the customer to access digital goods and are monitored by the team to understand when download is initiated. We offer a number of download attempts for purchased digital goods, however we do not tolerate download abuse which is closely monitored by our team. We reserve the right to withdraw your access to product downloads if we believe you have downloaded beyond an excessive rate.
Our company is focused around customer satisfaction and delivering high quality products. Due to the nature of our products being digital goods, we are unable to offer any refunds.
If you have purchased a product by accident or have change in mind and have not downloaded the product, we are able to offer a refund for your purchase.
Please note refunds after download has been successful will be handled on a case by case basis and refunds are at the choice of Ultimate Simulations to offer or not. For any refund requests that would like to be requested, MUST be made within 30 days of purchase.
EULA
Ultimate Simulations grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. You may only install and use a single copy of the product on a single personal machine. The software may update over time, however it will remain in line with the product description when licensed to the customer. Ultimate Simulations reserves the right to refuse support if the customer violates the EULA. This also includes termination of product license due violation of EULA. The EULA is set for the protection of work for developers, if you do not agree to the EULA, please do not use the product.
The EULA protects the work of developers at Ultimate Simulations, by agreeing to the EULA, the licensee is to not make a copy of the product. However it is approved if required for a back-up or for operational security. Our products are to only be used for personal entertainment and not for flight training purposes. The licensee must not attempt to distribute any part of the product nor use products in other addons or software. You must not reverse engineer any form of the product including modifying, use, reference GUID, in any other types of projects (freeware, payware, donation-ware).
The intellectual property rights of products published on Ultimate Simulations store are registered to the creator of the product. Some images, sounds, logos and trademarks are owned by respective creators. Ultimate Simulations do not claim ownership of these assets and respects the IP rights of creators. IP holders who wish to contact us about certain property used can do so via emailing contact@ultimatesimulations.com.
